1. Start with the source

Record the product ID, seller link, option and date checked. A copied image or old spreadsheet row cannot establish today’s listing state.

2. Separate product evidence from service evidence

A listing describes an offer. Warehouse QC describes the received item. Tracking describes movement. A review describes one person’s reported experience. Do not collapse these into one claim.

3. Approve the parcel deliberately

Confirm visible condition, quantity, measurements, packaging and billable weight before international dispatch. Keep enough evidence to explain the decision later.
